At Maker Glow, we ship reliable, tracked lighting across the United States. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

1. General Shipping Information

We currently ship throughout the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size or weight of your order.

2. Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer and we’ll keep you informed.

4. Delivery Times

Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Transit time: 5–10 business days.
Total delivery time: 5–12 business days.
Order cutoff: 6:00 PM (ET). Time zone: Eastern Time (ET).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

5. Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or certain restricted locations.

7. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful attempts, the package may be returned to us. We’ll contact you to arrange a new shipment; additional shipping costs may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible at support@makerglow.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
