Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri) and typically arrive within 6–12 business days total (4–9 in transit), with full tracking. Order cutoff is 6:00 PM (ET).

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free tracked shipping on every order, no minimum.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States only.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering, before it ships, and we'll change or cancel it. Email support@makerglow.com

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
30-day returns on unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?
Email support@makerglow.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bulbs & Installation

Which bulb do I need?
Each product lists its bulb base (E26, E12, GU10 or G9). Most fixtures ship without a bulb; any standard LED in that base works. Integrated-LED models have the light built in.

Is the bulb included?
Most fixtures ship without a bulb so you can choose your preferred brightness and color temperature. Integrated-LED models have it built in.

Is it hard to install?
Plug-in lamps use any standard U.S. outlet. Hardwired fixtures connect to your ceiling or wall wiring — we recommend a licensed electrician if you're not comfortable with wiring.
