Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your lighting. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, uninstalled, with all parts, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@makerglow.com. If approved, we’ll email detailed return instructions and the correct return address. Please don’t send items back before contacting us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
Damaged or Defective Items
Lighting is fragile and every order is carefully packed. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll send a replacement or full refund — in most cases with no return needed.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, installed, wired in, are missing parts, or are returned without prior contact may not be eligible. Clearance or final-sale items (if marked) are not returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once accepted, place a new order for the item you’d like.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@makerglow.com.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, before they ship. After dispatch, the standard return process applies.
