About Maker Glow
Maker Glow began with a simple observation: the lamps we kept falling for in design magazines were priced like furniture, and the affordable ones felt like compromises. We started this store to close that gap — lighting with real presence, at prices a normal household can justify.
How we choose what we sell
Every lamp in our catalog was picked by hand. We order samples, live with them for a while, and ask three questions: is the build solid, does the light actually make a room feel better, and is the price honest for what arrives in the box? Most pieces we consider never make it into the store. The ones that do — paper pendants, sculptural chandeliers, glass table lamps, warm floor lamps — earned their spot.
Who is behind Maker Glow
Maker Glow is operated by PK Global Ventures LLC, registered in Delaware, United States (company number 30-1460726). You can reach a real person — not a bot — at support@makerglow.com or +1 646 349 7817, and we answer every message within 24 hours.
What to expect when you order
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 6–12 business days, always with tracking from day one. Shipping is free on every U.S. order, no minimum. If something arrives damaged or simply isn't what you hoped, you have a 30-day return window — replacement or refund, your choice.
What we don't do
No countdown timers. No "only 2 left!" pressure. No inflated prices crossed out to invent a discount. No delivery promises we can't keep. If a lamp takes ten days to reach you, we say ten days. We think a store you can trust is worth more than a sale made in a hurry.
Shopping with confidence
Secure, encrypted checkout, clear policies and real support. If anything isn't right with your order, contact us and we'll make it right — that's not a slogan, it's the job.
